There are 5 reinforcement zones in this map, refer to the appendix.
For the next 3 enemy phases after any unit ends their turn in the red region: 4 Paladins, 1 Wyvern Lord, 3 Wyvern Riders spawn near the southwestern mountains (Appendix 1).
On the next enemy phase after any unit ends their turn in the orange region: 1 Wyvern Lord, 3 Wyvern Riders spawn from the southwestern mountains (Appendix 2).
For the next 3 enemy phases after any unit ends their turn in the blue region: 3 groups each consisting of 1 Wyvern Lord and 3 Wyvern Riders spawn around the map (Appendix 3).
For the next 3 enemy phases after any unit ends their turn in the pink region: 2 groups each consisting of 1 Wyvern Lord and 3 Wyvern riders spawn on the eastern and southern mountains (Appendix 4). On Normal Mode, the middle two Wyvern Riders of the southern group do not spawn.
On the next enemy phase after any unit ends their turn in the yellow region: Gale (Wyvern Lord) and 4 Wyvern Riders spawn near the starting position (Appendix 5).
The orange, pink, and yellow reinforcement zones have some overlap. If a unit stops on a tile that is in two reinforcement zones, both sets of reinforcements will spawn. See Appendix 6 for all zones on the same image.

This chapter has a Secret Shop (Appendix 7) with the only buyable Boots in the entire series. Arena abusing in preparation for this can result in much of your army hitting the 15 movement cap.
If you talk to Gale with Melady he will not attack your units except for Roy.
